Graphic Designer/ Prepress
Looking for an all-around prepress/graphic design professional with hands on knowledge of all areas of digital print production. Ideal candidate can take a print project from concept to completion; work with customers to determine project requirements, write up work orders, prepare supplied files or design from scratch, print, perform needed finishing and package for delivery. We are a small, high- profile retail shop at a higher education establishment.
Duties include
· Direct interaction with customers in person, phone or e-mail.
· Pre-flighting and preparing files for digital printing.
· Graphic design within branding standards
· Operate color digital presses and a variety of small bindery/finishing machines
· Monitor quality of job output for accuracy, layout, and image or print quality.
Required experience/preferred skills
· Expert understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud Applications (InDesign, Illustrator Photoshop, Acrobat)
· Verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and prepare professional correspondence
· Able to solve problems while working independently and as a team member
· Ability to multitask
· Comfort working in a in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Location – Boston, MA (Convenient to Public Transportation)
Schedule – Monday – Friday Hours 9:00 – 5:00

Pay range-65,000-70,000

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
