P2S has an excellent opportunity for a talented Graphic Designer to support our Marketing projects in our Long Beach office.

The purpose of this position is to assist the creative team with projects and to ensure the execution and deliverables exceed

established objectives. The graphic designer is experienced in design & production and has acute attention to detail, with a

drive for creativity and perfection. This role requires a high level of collaboration and takes direction from all stakeholders. It

requires being open to feedback and the capacity to make multiple rounds of changes.

Essential Functions

• Website/Intranet updates
• Print and digital collateral design
• E-mail Marketing Design
• Infographics and visual design
• Assisting with presentations, reports, mockups, and other design needs
• Collaborate and communicate with all stakeholders
• Maintain file management and organization according to department protocols
• Manage projects from design direction to completion, including concept exploration, development, refinement, and final production artwork files
• Adhere to brand standards, guidelines, and art direction provided by designers and art directors
• Apply strong knowledge of graphic design, typography, color, layout, and visual timing
  
  

Required Skills/Abilities

• Strong online and/or print portfolio showcasing professional and personal work
• Proficient in design software: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
• Understanding of design principles and techniques
• Strong visual/interaction/conceptual skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-sufficient problem solver
• Open-minded and calm under pressure, with ability to manage a high volume of work and meet fast turnarounds
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Open to feedback and comfortable with multiple rounds of changes
• Communicate production timelines
