Graphic Designer - Hybrid Remote Position

Job Description

The Graphic Design Specialist is responsible for the creation and development of high quality, on-brand advertising and marketing collateral primarily for the Funplex amusement, water parks, and hotel. On occasion this person may help with graphics related to the Legacy Club in Cherry Hill as well as Highway90 dispensary. This position will work seamlessly to support and collaborate with our high-performance, results driven marketing team to ensure that all graphic design and video projects are executed in a timely manner. This person will also create designs and concepts that fit the brand with the appropriate use of colors and layouts to stay consistent with each brand.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Create dynamic and high-quality marketing design elements including digital and print ads, collateral, sales, park signage graphics and more.Manage attraction creative needs - including advertisements, website listings, promotions, and production.Work with operational teams on any in-park graphic needs including signage, disclaimers and hiring campaigns.Assist in production and installation of all design projects as needed.Create dynamic, high-quality video content.Coordinate weekly with marketing manager to create project list of needed graphic content that aligns with the marketing plan of the overall parks.Increase digital photo and video library weekly.Update and utilize project timelines to coordinate with marketing and management team.Research and apply knowledge of new trends and innovation in graphic design and branding.Other projects as assignedHybrid Remote Position, 2 days at the locations and 3 days working remotely.Candidate Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related course study.2-3 years' experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio of illustrations or graphics for the team to review.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Rush, etc) as well as Canva.Experience in WordPress & Constant Contact preferred but not required.Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and WordAbility to take creative direction and work collaboratively in a team environment.Creative and Inventive Thinker.Experience with video editing and animation software (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.Self-starter that can work independently and meet deadlines efficiently.Experience in Content Creation on Social Media Platforms (ie, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube & Facebook)Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is an advantage

Rate: $23-$24 per hour

This is a Hybrid Remote position - 2 days in person and 3 days remote, after your introductory period

About the OrganizationLahn Hospitality Group is a growing family-owned company comprised of a variety of hospitality businesses including amusement parks, a hotel, restaurants, bars, golf courses and more.

Since 1997 The Funplex has owned and operated an amusement park company with three locations along the East Coast. Two locations are in New Jersey with one additional small footprint park in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina which opened in 2021. The parks are a combination of family-friendly and thrill amusement rides, waterparks, bowling centers, and arcades.

In December 2021, Lahn Hospitality Group purchased The Legacy Club in Cherry Hill, NJ, a country club with a prestigious golf course and membership. The club underwent significant renovation including a new restaurant, atrium event facility, and much more. In the fall of 2023 LHAG opened its first dual branded hotel, La Quinta and Hawthorn Suites, complete with 125 rooms and the first in the area to combine two different Wyndham brands.
