Our E-Commerce team is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer. In this newly-created role, you will be responsible for the UX/UI strategy and execution across our digital platforms, focusing primarily on our to-the-trade website, to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

In This Role
- Leverage data and insights to understand the needs and behaviors of each of our customer segments to help create an optimal digital shopping experience
- Work cross-functionally with teams to understand customer challenges and design solutions to mitigate those challenges
- Develop user flows and wireframes to support website enhancements
- Work with the Creative Services team to guide translation of wireframes to design
- Collaborate closely with Web Developers throughout the development process to bring designs to life
- Manage and maintain our digital design system
- Stay abreast of technological advancements and best practices to maintain a best-in-class e-commerce experience
- 5-8 years designing and delivering best-in-class digital user experiences as a UX Designer
- Excited by the potential of helping further define a role that has never been filled at Four Hands
- Motivated self-starter who can thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities
- Understands the importance of partnering with Developers to bring experiences to life
- Proficient in Figma; JIRA experience a plus
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with an ability to influence
- Proven track record of prioritizing and managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines and producing high quality work
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills with ability to focus on details while maintaining the big picture view
