The Department

This role is responsible to execute strategic and integrated brand programmes that support elevating the Member Experience across the respective passion points within the Club.

This position is part of the Center of Expertise within the Member Experience Marketing Team. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Member Programme Design and will closely partner with the organisations of Hospitality Marketing, Member Brand Programme, as well as the Member Communication Channels.

The Job

  • Support the planning and execution of strategic programming (racing) within the organisation.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts across various business units and have ownership for the development process of scalable programming that appeals to distinct Member segments, elevating the positioning of the Club.
  • Support the development of detailed content briefs to define brand, visual identity, and narrative requirements, as well as the execution of the communications plan for each programme.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Channels & Communication Organisation to develop appropriate channel solutions for each programme.
  • Coordinate and provide guidance that supports the execution of brand-specific programming at each respective Business Unit.
  • Lead the administrative support on team matters.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned by Manager.


About You

  • A university degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications or related disciplines.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in marketing, event management and branding management in a sizable organisation.
  • Passion in horse racing will be an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills, customer-centric, detail-minded and be creative, proactive and result-oriented.
  • Ability to be self-directed, multi-task oriented, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Skills in marketing & communications, event management and knowledge in interactive customer experience & account management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua will be an advantage.
