Responsibilities / Position Overview
We are seeking a creative graphic and visual art designer to join our Creative Strategy and Engagement team. The Design Manager will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of creative design projects from conception to delivery.
In the Design Manager role, you will own the creative visuals from rough concept, to finished product. You will take an abstract idea and create a variety of visuals for multiple platforms - social media, digital ads, print, TV, etc. and direct multiple aspects of the visual components of an ad campaign.

Qualifications
- 5+ years pharma advertising experience
- A digital portfolio that shows a variety of campaigns, spec and produced
- Solid understanding of design, photography, illustration, typography and animation
- Proactively seeking opportunities to push work to the next level
- Providing guidance/direction to others—thinking beyond their own work
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
