Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers to develop project designs, including conceptual/master planning and design, from inception to completion.
• Contribute to creating comprehensive documentation covering layout, grading, utilities, stormwater management, erosion/sediment control, roadways, water resources, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical support to civil engineers, drafters, and administrative staff to ensure accurate and timely project completion, including reviewing and approving documentation in compliance with Company and client standards.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D 2023 to create and manipulate 3D surfaces, ensuring the accuracy and precision of design elements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in land development
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2023 is required
• Experience in creating and manipulating 3D surfaces using Civil 3D
• Possess strong project management, client relations, and design skills
• Detail-oriented, with excellent oral and written communication abilities
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering preferred
• Engineering-In-Training (EIT) certification preferred

• $33-$42/hour DOE
