As a Lead Designer at Go1, you’ll oversee the design for our standalone product, Go1 Learn. This role is perfect for deeply experienced designers with strong architectural and visual design skills who have built product foundations for complex B2B SaaS products. You’ll report to a Product Design Manager and team up with a Senior PM and Engineering team for your initiatives. This role does not include any people management responsibilities but focuses purely on craft and individual contribution.

Here's a Taste Of What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the design process for Go1 Learn, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and a delightful user experience for our three target personas, Managers, Learners and Creators.
• Propose, drive and execute foundational design decisions related to information architecture and our new design language.
• Work closely with our Design Systems Designer to build new components.
• Mentor other designers to successfully execute the redesign for their product area.
• Contribute to and evolve our Design System, which we’re rebuilding from scratch!
• Work closely with Product and Design Leadership to steer larger initiatives.
  
  

What Will Make Us Excited About You

• 7+ years of experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and business outcomes for ambiguous challenges. Applications without attached portfolio will not be considered.
• Demonstrated experience with web-based design systems (Storybook, React)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and work collaboratively across teams.
• Passionate about learning, innovation, and keeping up with the latest design trends.
• Bonus points if you have experience in designing for EdTech or Enterprise SaaS platforms and have experience with motion design
