Salary Position | Office hours 8 am to 5 pm Mon. – Fri.

Reports to Department Manager and Design Lead

Location: Wilmington, OH

Primary Responsibilities

• Work with the marketing team to develop print and web design solutions to support corporate communications, training, and internal and external marketing strategies.
• Develop and maintain creative digital solutions for customers. Gather requirements and build solutions using standards, established processes, tools and methodologies to ensure a quality and effective product.
• Provide creative solutions for a wide variety of print and web projects.
• Understand and execute the production process, concept through final delivery for print and digital channels.
• Exhibit excellent project and time management skills.
• Collaborate effectively with coworkers and all levels of management.
• Manage multiple projects in various stages of production with good organizational skills.
• Comply with company branding standards.
• Proof content and copy with attention to detail.
• Maintain daily project updates using our collaborative project management tool, reporting, and archival duties.
  
  

Requirements

• Must possess compelling design and typography skills as well as the ability to clearly communicate through visual messaging.
• Expert knowledge of: Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Must be team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Can-do attitude. Willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
• Ability to develop good rapport with staff and vendors to meet customer expectations.
• College Degree in Web, Graphic Design or Electronic Media.
• Commitment to producing quality products.
• Willingness to accept and respond to creative direction.
• Desire for professional and personal growth.
• Portfolio required. Please provide a link to your online samples.
  
  

Beneficial, But Not Required

• Prepress experience
• Photography experience
• Experience with studio lighting and various camera equipment
• Videography/editing experience
• Experience designing for projects that use HTML, CSS, and/or CMS (WordPress and others).
• Experience with responsive design concepts.
• Experience working with and designing for digital signage and/or CCTV systems
